If you are new to food preservation and are nervous about getting started...I'm glad you are here. I promise...it's not hard if you know what your doing. Sure you can watch a YouTube video or study up online to familurize yourself with the processes. When you actually come to a workshop you will actually learn the process "HANDS ON"! I will teach you tips and tricks to ensure your food preservation project is SAFE! Workshops are not only infrmative but they are fun and evryone goes home with a jar of what we make. Nobody goes home hungry! I provide yummy snacks and some times a glass of wine too! Check out the class descriptions to learn more.
If you are a vetran canner/preserver, I promise you too will learn a few things!
